After scouring the web for available hotel accommodations nearby, we've finally settled in this gem in Lian, Batangas, 2 days before the holy week long weekend.

You gotta get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and flee from the world of deadlines and targets once in a while to keep your sanity intact, yes? When you finally get the chance, you do not waste it. Pause, reflect, catch up, cut off toxic people and emotional baggages that you know weigh you down for the longest time, write a poem or a song, read a book, eat halo-halo by the beach, and finally, relax.

Nothing beats doing all these as you witness the Philippine sunset. That's what I did and it was therapeutic. ✨

If only summer could last longer though...
